Privacy Policy for Cetruo

1. Overview

Cetruo is an iOS app for creating and managing custom collectible cards. The app is designed to work without a Cetruo account or Cetruo-operated backend.

2. Data stored by Cetruo

Cards, card metadata and artwork created or imported in Cetruo are stored locally on your device in the app's storage. Cetruo does not currently transmit this content to a Cetruo server.

3. Photos and camera

Cetruo can use the iOS photo picker and camera when you choose to add artwork. Selected or captured images are used to create your cards and remain within the app's local storage unless you explicitly export or share them using iOS.

4. In-app purchases

Cetruo offers optional non-consumable in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the purchase and payment information. Cetruo receives StoreKit transaction and entitlement information needed to determine whether premium content is unlocked; Cetruo does not receive your payment-card details.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The current version of Cetruo does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.

6. Data sharing

Cetruo does not currently sell personal data or send card content to third parties. When you choose to export or share a card, the destination you select through iOS may process the exported content under its own privacy terms.

7. Children's privacy

Cetruo does not knowingly collect personal information through a Cetruo account or backend because the current app does not provide such services.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if Cetruo adds services such as accounts, cloud storage, analytics, advertising or other network-based features. The updated policy will be published at this location.
